Special Vegetarian Diet Plan for You

Kardena Pouza, the winner of Ms. America Fitness 2007, is a personal trainer and certified nutrition expert that specializes in raw vegan diets. She has been teaching about the vegetarian lifestyle for about 7 years and is the owner of “Edge Personal Training” in Orange County, California.

The vegetarian diet plan for vegan diets consist of two main parts: One part is the 31 page “Vegetarian Lifestyle” and “the 90-Day Meal Plans” document.

While the first part gives advice on how to eat in a way that is healthy and lose weight at the same time, the second part lists down various healthy recipes that may be used for the plan. Exercise is suggested, but not required.

Each plan is about 175 pages. Kardena provides veggie recipes for 5 meals per day – two of which are snacks. The recipes are easy to make and take a modest amount of time to prepare.
