Constipation and its impact on stomack bowels

One of the first treatments that must be applied for constipation is to eat a high fiber diet to provide natural bulk in daily food intake. For many people, however, the amount of fruits and vegetables that are necessary may be inconveniently large or may not provide adequate relief from constipation. It often involves stomach pain (sometimes to the point of being crippling), diarrhea and/or vomiting, with non inflammatory infection of the upper small bowel, or inflammatory infections of the colon. These above are also the symptoms of the often called: stomach flu or gastric flu even though it is not related to influenza.
