I went to a kitchen store that sells many organization aides. I explained to the clerk that I have a small kitchen and very limited counter space, so I did not want to purchase canisters, but I did want to have something for my staples, flour, sugar, spices and so forth. She suggested using clear plastic bags. She then showed me the newest product that they have in the store.
