The Art of Garnishing Food
July 20th, 2007Let’s look at the art of garnishing and how to make your dishes look eye-catching, just like in a gourmet restaurant or on the Food Network. Garnishes come in many different forms. You can use inedible items like pretty dishes or bowls, or edible food itself, like the traditional parsley leaf or lemon slice. Another way to garnish is with sauces – this can really be turned into an art form itself allowing you to be creative and draw on the plate with the liquid sauce.
