Increase Bench Press Strength By Using Proper Form
June 12th, 2008Increasing bench press strength is a goal most weight trainers have. However, there are many weight trainers that don’t bench press the right way. If you don’t perform the negative, or lowering, part of the bench press under control during your chest training routine you aren’t going to get the most out of your bench pressing. Performing the negative slower, with complete control of the weight, will help prevent injuries and give the chest added work to grow.
