Health Benefits of Red Wine
July 14th, 2008Many studies have suggested that red wine lowers the risk of heart attack for people by up to 30 percent, and it is also suggested that it may be able to prevent future heart attacks if you have already suffered from one.
Red wine is also thought to be able to help blood clots from forming, and to reduce the blood vessel damage caused by fat deposits.
While red wine isn’t considered a cure at all, and certainly not a substitute for visiting your physician, they are commonly agreed upon benefits to drinking red wine.
