Eat 5 Or 6 Times A Day To Lose Fat

  To burn body fat you actually need to eat more often per day. Eating 5 or 6 small, high quality meals is better than eating 2 or 3 large ones. If you eat smaller meals throughout the day you’re body won’t go into a ‘starvation’ phase where it holds on to that extra fat and you’ll be more energetic. Eating more often to lose fat is a great way to get into shape.
