Cold Remedies - From Echinacea To Garlic

There are three herbs you’ll want on hand in your cupboard, ready at the first sign of a cold. These powerhouse herbs can prevent the cold from taking root, knocking it out within a couple of days, saving you most of the miseries of the common cold. These herbs are echinacea, garlic and ginger. Echinacea gives your immune system an immediate boost, allowing your body to fight off and sometimes even prevent the cold. Take three or four capsules three times a day. Grab your garlic and ingest this in quantity. Raw is best, as cooking tends to dilute the effect. Garlic and parsley capsules, with parsley combating the garlic breath, will work.
