Paris and New York are probably culinary capitals of the world, but Las Vegas offers quintessence of all best culinary from around the world in its array of internationally acclaimed names of chefs and venues. If you love fine dining in elegant surroundings, if you want to have gourmet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you wish to try best of different cuisines - Las Vegas is the place to be. Just look at long list of Las Vegas restaurants and you would realize that you have to spend at least a couple weeks in Vegas to have a bite in all best of them. Here are my personal favorites.
