Eating The Right Carbs and Jogging With My Dog Bill

I found the perfect way to lose weight and that is jogging with my pet dog Bill. Everyday I run for about an hour and a half. The dog loves it and as a result I lose the weight too. When I come home I take a shower and fix myself a lunch packed with vitamins and the right carbs. Next I go to the gym to do some Muscle building routines to keep my body in shape. If it wasn’t for my dog Bill and the healthy habit we share I wouldn’t be as ripped as I am now. Maybe that’s my Weight loss secret?
