Culinary Copper
When I first started participating in the culinary team building exercises at work, I figured I had no hope of learning anything. But I did. I was surprised how much I learned about cooking from those few classes. Now, I cook all the time. It has actually become fun for me to cook, so I’ve started collecting better cookware. I recently read the article “Consider Copper Cookware for Your Kitchen� and decided to get some copper cookware. While they were expensive, they are totally worth it!
