Most people do not realize that Aquafina bottled water is really only tap water. Most people are under the mistaken impression that all of the bottled water in the world is all from springs. Yet, much of the bottled water that is sold in stores including Aquafina bottled water is actually from a tap. This is bit of a deception t many who think that bottled water is better because it comes from springs. While some bottled water comes from springs, not all do. This makes it very important to always read the label carefully.

Do you drink bottled drinking water? If you do you’re not alone. According to the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), more than half of all Americans buy bottled drinking water, to the tune of $4 billion yearly. Those majestic snow capped mountains and glaciers lead us to believe that bottled water is pure and safer to drink than tap water, but this may not always the case as presented on NRDC’s website at www.nrdc.org. Another reputable source on bottled drinking water is the World Health Organization, and you can check out this site at www.who.int for more information from another point of view. Not all bottled drinking water is under investigation, but not all is safe and pure either. You may just be buying tap water that has been bottled and then sold at like 10,000 times the cost of what you pay for your own tap water.

This is one of the most valuable hangover prevention strategies that I know. I even like to alternate between alcoholic beverages and water throughout the night. The fluids keep me from getting dehydrated.

Today there is no lack for quality tea in India or anywhere else, and chai is often made with some of the best black teas in the world. A strong tea is usually preferred, such as a Ceylon or Darjeeling, so that the flavor of the tea doesn’t get completely lost with the spices. Chai teas are usually served mixed with sugar and milk. A common method in making chai is to boil all the ingredients together, the milk, sugar, water, spices and tea, and then strain the liquid afterwards.

The cost of bottled drinking water is often the deterrent for purchasing it. Although everyone does pay to use the water in their own homes, drop by drop, bottled drinking water is considerably more expensive. However, if you are strictly using the water in bottles for drinking, the cost can be cut down. One of the most important benefits that water in a bottle provides is the fact that it is very convenient. When hurrying out the door, it’s much easier to grab bottled drinking water from the fridge than it is to stand at the sink, fill a glass of water, and drink it down as quickly as possible.
