Many health products use extracts of green tea
in their formulation; although primarily known for the benefits it provides as an antioxidant, it has many other positive health properties. People requiring a natural product to burn calories will not find anything to compare with green tea weight loss supplements. It has a wide range of benefits for the human metabolism but first and foremost, it has great anti-aging properties, accelerating cell regeneration and slowing the oxidation process in the system. With weight loss however, both the laxative effects and anti-oxidant abilities are used to help improve the metabolism.

Whilst increasing attention is now rightly being paid to the health benefits of white and green teas
, the virtues of the much more familiar, and still much more common, black tea, should not be neglected. All three are products of the camellia sinensis plant and as such have many common attributes, particularly in their anti-oxidant functions; the difference between them being entirely attributable to the differing methods by which they are produced.

There is nothing more relaxing after a long day at work, than a tea cup with my favourite green tea. I also like to have a cup in the morning, before I go to work, so that I can be ready to face the stresses of the day. I don’t drink tea at work, so by the time I am home and have had the family dinner, it is time to relax with a tea cup. I have recently started drinking camomile tea and have found it easier to help me sleep. I do not need any sleeping pills, just a cup of camomile tea will give me a full nights’ sleep.

Read this article today and see how chinese slimming tea can help in weight loss.
Science has discovered that Chinese green tea (chinese slimming tea) has the ability to increase your metabolism and therefore making it easier to burn extra fat. This is done by the catechin polyphenols in green tea reacting with the chemical transmitter in the nervous system, known as norepinephrine, to burn calories faster. It was also discovered that the green tea, having thermogenic properties, does promote fat oxidation beyond what the caffeine in the green tea does.

Chai is a very tasty spice milk tea hailing from the country of India. It is quickly spreading in popularity throughout the West as people discover it at their local coffee and tea shop. The ingredients of chai are widely thought to have some healthful benefits. Chai teas are made by boiling loose leaf tea and then adding milk, sweetener, and other assorted spices depending upon your personal preferences (experiment to get it just right). In India, chai has become a more popular drink than coffee, and there have evolved many different versions of the tea. This beverage has been a staple there for literally hundreds of years. It can be savored hot or cold, during any time of the year.

Tea Party ideas
all of my tea party ideas were pretty standard. I had all of
my friends over, served them cakes and muffins and sfinj, and poured out some delicious tea. We sat there sipping tea and talking about this and that. It really was a fairly standard social engagement, but the fact that we called it a tea party lent it an air of elegance. Lets face it, whether you are a child or an adult, tea party ideas are mostly about playing make believe. Kids are great at that, but grown-ups are good at it too! you ask what is that sfinj, well sfinj is type of Moroccan doughnuts.it served mostly in Chanukah, Jewish “Festival of Lights”, but you can serve it anytime you like particularly in tea party but be careful not to edict to it and to be satisfied with 1 or 2 pieces. Moroccan doughnuts rings very simple to make
.
Here is the recipe for Moroccan Sfing
ingredients:
1 cube instant yeast (50 grams)
2 tablespoon sugar
1Kilo flour (4-5 Cups)
1 tablespoon salt
frying oil
crystalline sugar

An article about tea
Throughout history and up to the present day, drinking tea has been both a delightful experience and a social ritual. In the UK tea drinking is a “set in stone” institution whilst in New York there are clubs devoted to the fine art of tea. In the east tea drinking has a ceremonial side with serious meanings and implications associated with it.

It’s best to bake the cake in oven proof bowls. Two of the same size are required. The reason you want to do it this way is for the circular shape that will result when you place the two cakes together. Watch them carefully as they bake so they don’t become overcooked. You’ll have to adjust the baking time particularly if you are using glass bowls. Next is the icing. White icing works best and again if you want to save time, purchase the vanilla frosting in the cans. It works well and tastes delicious. For a good size teapot cake you’ll need at least two cans of the vanilla frosting.

As a general, ongoing remedy, tinctures of the following herbs are helpful: St. John’s wort (2 parts) and oat, lavender and mugwort (1 part each), taken in 5 ml dosages three times daily over a period of a month or more will bring relief. Another of the natural remedies for depression also addresses symptoms of anxiety, doing double duty for those who suffer from symptoms of depression. A tea made of rosemary and sage, taken on a daily basis can work wonders. Use a teaspoon each of rosemary and sage, steeped in a cup of boiling water for ten minutes and then strained as a daily tonic.

Like most people, I’m becoming more and more concerned about my health now that I’m getting older. I am making a concerted effort to change my lifestyle as much as possible in order to try to prevent serious problems in the future. For example, I follow a sensible low-fat diet, avoid junk food, and have even tried to cut out coffee and carbonated sodas. Of course I needed to find a replacement beverage since coffee and diet Coke were pretty much all I consumed every day. After reading about the benefits of green tea in numerous health studies, the choice was easy…

There are three herbs you’ll want on hand in your cupboard, ready at the first sign of a cold. These powerhouse herbs can prevent the cold from taking root, knocking it out within a couple of days, saving you most of the miseries of the common cold. These herbs are echinacea, garlic and ginger. Echinacea gives your immune system an immediate boost, allowing your body to fight off and sometimes even prevent the cold. Take three or four capsules three times a day. Grab your garlic and ingest this in quantity. Raw is best, as cooking tends to dilute the effect. Garlic and parsley capsules, with parsley combating the garlic breath, will work.
