When you cook steaks such as round steak and London broil, a marinade adds complexity of flavor, while also tenderizing this less expensive cut. Put your bagged steak with marinade in the frig, turning occasionally, overnight.
When you’re ready to cook, drain and discard the marinade and sear the steak over high heat. Take a peak after 3 minutes and turn when browned nicely. Wrap the steaks in foil, douse with a little butter and garlic, if you like, and bake in the preheated 350° oven for 7-10 minutes.

Finding easy camping recipes is one of the keys to really enjoying your trip in to the great outdoors. After all, cooking outside is no picnic. Unless you have a really heavy duty camping trailer with all of the modern amenities, you will have to be content to rough it a bit.
One of my favorite easy camping recipes is roast pork ribs. That is all there is to it. You take pork ribs, put them on a grill, and cook them. Add some slices of potato and onion and you are good to go.

When growing up, I always thought steaks should be done all the way through. This was because this was the only way it was ever served to me. When I started getting older and went out to eat more often, I was confused about what it meant when someone asked me how I would like my steak. The answer ‘cooked please’ often brought confusion and laughter from the waiter or waitress. Finally someone explained to me that there are various degrees of ways or times to cook steak that make a huge difference in how they taste.

When the nights are cold and dreary, nothing hits the spot quite like a hearty soup. Here are a few ideas for one such meal that will win applause from your family: the ubiquitous international comfort food, mushroom soup.
Mushroom soup is a savory soup of simple origins, which usually begins with a roux of flour and butter. The classic base of mushroom soup is a creamy broth that perfectly complements the juicy texture and flavor of mushrooms. This soup is so easy to make, yet may easily be made into a gourmet meal.
While just the regular white mushroom may be used, you may also include a variety of mushrooms, fresh or dried, to produce a truly delightful four-star dish.

Not quite as many people know that you can actually use coffee in your food too! Coffee is commonly used as an ingredient in deserts, however there are more uses for coffee! Coffee could quite easily find itself at home in barbeque sauces, meat glazes, and pot roasts. It is a very versatile ingredient.

The variety of Chinese food dishes and Chinese food recipes available today is wider than in any previous decade. One can easily find Chinese food recipes for Chop Suey, which is not an authentic Chinese dish, along side of Hunan Beef. It is interesting to note that what many refer to as Chow Mein noodles is really a simpler crunchy version of the real thing. In centuries past when the Chinese still used forks and knives is when the foundation for modern day Chinese cooking was formed. This is back when the cutting techniques and delicate flavors came together to form healthy hearty meals.

Here’s how to make chocolate covered strawberries. First of all ensure that the strawberries you are intending to use are dry, then allow them to be room temperature warm prior to making them. After the strawberries have been covered in chocolate, put them in your refrigerator to cool, but do not store them in the fridge. Consume within 1-2 days. t is very important to ensure that the strawberries are dry, as a small amount of water is enough to make the batch curdle. Strawberries dipped in chocolate can also be injected with a suitable liquor after the chocolate has hardened. It is best to use a syringe to inject the strawberries with the contents.

To make great pizza your pizza should cook fast and fast cooking is one of the secrets to making a perfect pizza pie.The main reason is that barbecues can reach very high temperatures! Some of the best pizzas that I have tasted were cooked in wood burning ovens. For centuries people around the world have been cooking in wood burning ovens. These ovens and also, professional pizza ovens can reach the high temperatures of 800 to 1200 degrees. At these high temperatures a pizza cooks in only 2- 5 minutes.

Black Russian cake can be treated as a dessert dish. It is a very easy to make dish which require Russian coffee - a combination of one ounce of vodka, half ounce of kahlua and 5 ounces of hot black coffee as the main ingredient. To make the cake we need to mix dark chocolate cake mix, a packet of instant chocolate pudding, one cup vegetable oil, four eggs, half cup creme de cacao and most importantly Russian coffee. The mixture should be beaten until it is smooth. Then we only need to put the mix in a baking pan and keep it for baking at 350F for 45 minutes.

Sooner or later, everyone who’s made a New York cheesecake starts getting bored with the same old perfection every time. They start looking for variations, and frequently that’s where they start to go horribly wrong. The chocolate chip cheesecake recipe is one of the first most people try, and it’s one that can be fraught with peril if you don’t choose your recipe carefully.

When it comes to prime rib and there are two basic camps. One side says you must cook it with the bones attached. The idea is that the bones give more flavor to the meat. The other side says that the meat can be just as flavorful without the bones, and easier to carve. If you want to give it a try, here is a boneless prime rib roast recipe. There’s plenty of variations on the basic boneless prime roast recipe so feel free to improvise.
