It would be best if you can bake your pizza crust first before you add on the toppings and sauce. There’s one good reason for doing this. If you bake the lot at one and the same time, you may end up with a pizza that has overcooked toppings, burnt cheese and an undercooked, flat crust. Of course, you should not bake your crust fully the first time so that you won’t end up with a pizza that has a burnt crust after your final baking stage.

statement above. However that would not be quite right as there is a fundamental difference between simply cooking with a flame and having a barbecue. If you don’t add some sauce, to the direct flame method, you are grilling, not having a barbecue.

St. Louis Missouri tourism is all about food. Sure they have that arch you can go stare at or you can watch a Rams game, but you can watch that on TV, instead I think you should head down to food alley. There are three streets in the city a block apart from each other that contain every kind of restaurant you could want. Kansas City is known for their barbeque but St. Louis is well represented in this arena as well. Several of the places will sell you their special sauce and some will even sell you the spice rub they put on their meat, but the secret is really in the barbeque process. It all begins with the proper wood as the smoke is what flavors the meat first. Then you have to regulate the fire as any professional will tell you the secret to great barbeque is to cook the meat low and slow. In other words you want a low temperature, usually around two hundred and fifty degrees, and to cook it a long time. Some of the larger cuts of meat are actually cooked for eight hours or more. That put that with a side of potato salad, add a few fries and some beans and you can enjoy the best meal ever.
