An article about tea
Throughout history and up to the present day, drinking tea has been both a delightful experience and a social ritual. In the UK tea drinking is a “set in stone” institution whilst in New York there are clubs devoted to the fine art of tea. In the east tea drinking has a ceremonial side with serious meanings and implications associated with it.

There used to be three choices for coffee lovers at their local supermarket: Folgers, Maxwell House, or the store brand. But in todays world of Starbucks and the countless imitators it has spawned, how do you tell the difference between truly gourmet coffee and overpriced coffee barely above the store brand standard?

Nice article about ORGANIC COFFEE!
Since the production time is much slower, organic coffee is quite expensive. A 12oz. bag for example is being sold at $12 so the customer can just imagine how much this will cost in a much larger container.
These products are usually sold in a different section of the supermarket. There are organic coffee products that…

Homemade fruit smoothies and juices are an ideal way to get the daily fruit and vegetable requirements your body needs. Try the delicious apple juice recipe below provided by lifestylesmoothies.com.
Making your own smoothie is an exciting way to keep your nutrient intake up and allows you to be imaginative and experiment with different combinations. If you like berries, make a berry smoothie for breakfast, try experimenting with a few extra ingredients like cucumber, tomato, ginger or celery juice, you’ll discover that adding a single extra piece of fruit can create a new, delicious taste sensation. As well as adding excitement to a boring fruit and veg routine, you may want to try adding a smoothie to your breakfast to get a real kick-start in the morning.
Some fruits and veges (such as apple, carrot, spinach……etc) cannot be blended to smooth, so you will need to use a juicer before adding it to the smoothie mix, or simply make a fruit/vege juice.
Below is one of my favorite fruit juice recipes, it takes just a few minutes to make and is a deliciously light start to the day.
Quick Apple Juice Recipe
ingredients
- two ripe feijoas
- two fresh apples
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ lime
Slice the skin off the feijoas and lime. Slice feijoas and apples into appropriate sizes for your juicer. Juice feijoas, apples and lime. Add cinnamon and shake well.

The American diet. When you hear those three little words, what comes to mind? For me it’s fast food for lunch, because everyone is in a big rush and convenience is all that matters. For dinner it’s take-out from the Chinese place down the street or maybe a pizza from Domino’s. Oh, and then there’s breakfast. This consists of a jelly-filled Bizmark and an extra large cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee. Does that all sound about right to you? Wow; that’s a lot of fat! Certainly more than anyone’s daily recommended allowance. We Americans really have to do something about all the foul things we consume. It’s killing us!

When PuraClean Filter Spray was tested on typical non-electrostatic filters, the particle-capture rate improved by as much as 300%. A rise in performance that made ordinary filters comparable to electrostatic filters. So, for a fraction of the cost it is now possible to get the same performance as an electrostatic filter Allergy Relief from disposable filters. One bottle of PuraClean costs $14.99 and enhances 12 filters…enough filters to last for a year.

If you are a connoisseur then you are probably familiar with whole bean coffee. If you are not, then here’s a bit of information you might be searching for. To start with, whole bean coffee is coffee that has been roasted but not ground. Coffee will always have a better flavor if grounded just prior to brewing. Canned grounds like the kind bought in the market, cannot even begin to compare to the awesome taste of freshly ground coffee, even though the aroma that is released when you first open the can is absolutely delicious.

Some of the best natural cures for constipation are things that you eat every day. In many cases, there are no medications needed. If you were to eat, for example, raisin bran on a daily basis, you will find that you are more regular thing you ever were before. Other natural cures for constipation might be eating prunes, though they are not very pleasant, or any other type of fruit that aids in digestion. You may also want to try cereals that are high in fiber each morning for breakfast.
