Starting a fast food business, especially your first one can be extremely daunting as there is so much to learn before you can start trading. But if you get it right you could be laughing all the way to the bank. People will always need to eat and with the pace of life picking up, and the projected growth in population forecast for the UK over the next decade, there has never been a better time to start. There is definitely an opportunity for an independent fast food retailer to grab a slice of the profits as many people are fed up of the traditional fast food franchises.

The variety of Chinese food dishes and Chinese food recipes available today is wider than in any previous decade. One can easily find Chinese food recipes for Chop Suey, which is not an authentic Chinese dish, along side of Hunan Beef. It is interesting to note that what many refer to as Chow Mein noodles is really a simpler crunchy version of the real thing. In centuries past when the Chinese still used forks and knives is when the foundation for modern day Chinese cooking was formed. This is back when the cutting techniques and delicate flavors came together to form healthy hearty meals.

Here’s how to make chocolate covered strawberries. First of all ensure that the strawberries you are intending to use are dry, then allow them to be room temperature warm prior to making them. After the strawberries have been covered in chocolate, put them in your refrigerator to cool, but do not store them in the fridge. Consume within 1-2 days. t is very important to ensure that the strawberries are dry, as a small amount of water is enough to make the batch curdle. Strawberries dipped in chocolate can also be injected with a suitable liquor after the chocolate has hardened. It is best to use a syringe to inject the strawberries with the contents.

These ovens and also, professional pizza ovens can reach the high temperatures of 800 to 1200 degrees. At these high temperatures a pizza cooks in only 2- 5 minutes.

I always did love gourmet food. My mother was a brilliant cook which I enjoyed while I was growing up. She would cook every single night, and almost always make something different. I really don’t know where she got so many different recipe ideas from. All of them seemed perfected, and yet she very rarely repeated any of them. The only recipes that she would cook more than once were the ones that we really liked. If people asked for them, then she would cook them again. There is nothing quite like her cooking. The only thing that even comes close is going to a gourmet restaurant….

One thing that gets overlooked, though, is food home safety. Poor attention to food safety and lack of knowledge about it contribute to food-borne illnesses, which cause more hospitalizations every year than other home dangers combined.

Black Russian cake can be treated as a dessert dish. It is a very easy to make dish which require Russian coffee - a combination of one ounce of vodka, half ounce of kahlua and 5 ounces of hot black coffee as the main ingredient. To make the cake we need to mix dark chocolate cake mix, a packet of instant chocolate pudding, one cup vegetable oil, four eggs, half cup creme de cacao and most importantly Russian coffee. When it comes to prime rib and there are two basic camps. One side says you must cook it with the bones attached. The idea is that the bones give more flavor to the meat. The other side says that the meat can be just as flavorful without the bones, and easier to carve. If you want to give it a try, here is a boneless prime rib roast recipe. There’s plenty of variations on the basic boneless prime roast recipe so feel free to improvise.

Defrosting your food completely
before cooking it is very important when it comes to food safety issues. If you choose to use a frozen turkey then you are going to want to allocate 24 hours per 5 pounds to defrost in the refrigerator and then you can leave the bird on the counter to defrost the rest of the way, if necessary. Also, in consideration of drought conditions in certain areas of the country, defrosting the turkey using water may seem wasteful but it is one of the safest methods, especially if you need it defrosted in less time.

A birthday, it must be said loses all its charm in the absense of birthday cakes. There is something about cakes that one just can’t have enough of it. Especially for kids it is nothing less than a treasure. Indeed nicely decorated birthday cakes with fair sprinkling of fruits and cherries are the life and soul of birthday parties and it would not be an overstatement to say that absense of a good birthday cake actually robs the birthday of a lot of its charm. Today, birthdays and birthday cakes have become so synonymous with each other that neither has an independent identity. The popularity of birthday cakes
have forced bakeries around the world to come up with special preparation for the purpose.

Themed birthday cakes
are gaining popularity for the extra excitement and surprise they create. Aside from the colorful icing and little sugar flowers, a lot of other decorations can be incorporated on the cake. Depending on the creativity of the pastry chef, your birthday cake may come in a fantasy-inspired theme, complete with magical woodlands and faeries, miniature roller coasters or decked with super heroes- perfect for kids parties.
