Chocolate apples are quite popular, especially among children at special events or family occasions.
You can make your own chocolate apples, just buy fresh apples and dip them in melted chocolate. They are best eaten straight away. They do not taste as good if eaten the next day.
Once the chocolate apples are either freshly made or bought from the store, they can be given at social occasions like children’s parties or at country fairs. Wherever you buy fresh cotton candy floss, you should be able to buy chocolate apples.

The Zone Diet was invented by a one Dr. Sears. Like most popular food diets, there is a website dedicated to it, where the good doctor explains the principles of his Zone Diet, and introduces the concept of a brand new way of eating while getting sufficient nutrition. And like so many of today’s diets, the message is drummed home about how the term ‘diet’ is not really apt in this case, as it implies this is a quick-fix, lose weight diet plan, but it’s not! It’s a complete change in lifestyle, a break in old eating habits for good, and the continued maintenance of such for those that not only want to stay looking slim, but healthy too.
