Ok, I put my hands up and admit that I thought all African food consisted of bone soups and dishes made with coconuts, but now that my pallet has had a little education on the African cuisine, I have to say that it is so, so much more than I ever imagined possible. There are traditional fruits and vegetables, along with exotic game and fish which are all cooked in traditional ways to produce some truly amazing dishes.

Elastin is a fiber in the skin that helps skin to snap back into shape. The ways in which we may mistreat and neglect our skin exponentially increases the chances of dry and wrinkly skin as we age. Though many products claim to reduce or even eliminate appearance of wrinkles, very few are as effective as they claim to be.

I figured there was no point rolling out of bed early only to start hearing the painful slow plunking sound of an automatic coffee maker, which anyway will only make coffee very slowly, and one drop at a time, which negates my desire to have it very quickly.
